Open Windows explorer.
Right click on PDF file. It shows PDF Converter in the popup menu.
Hover mouse on PDF Converter. It shows the submenu.

  • 18. Convert PDF to PDF/A
For instance, if user clicks on Convert PDF to Word menu, it pops up Convert PDF to Word window with selected PDF file path and Save file path for PDF conversion.
Note: Right click on PDF file does not pop up PDF Converter, if PDF Converter is already open.

Right Click Create

Open Windows explorer.
Right Click on DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, XLSX, PPT, or PPTX File. It shows PDF Converter in the popup menu.
Hover mouse on PDF Converter. It shows the submenu: Create PDF
For instance, if user clicks on Create PDF menu, it pops up Create PDF window with selected file path and Save file path for PDF creation.
Note: Right click on DOC, DOCX, RTF, XLS, XLSX, PPT, or PPTX file does not pop up Create PDF window, if PDF Converter is already open.
