If you do not receive the email from GIRDAC in four hours, please write to sales@girdac.com mentioning Product Name, Transaction ID / Order Number, Purchase Date and Email Id. Sometimes, email may be delayed because of network congestion or busy email servers.

All upgrades are free at present. Write an email with Product Name, Purchase Date and Email Id to sales@girdac.com for the latest version and product key.

Yes. There are lucrative discounts on volume licensing. Please write your requirement to sales@girdac.com for more information about discounts and volume licenses.

Email and Product Key combination works only on the PC (personal computer) where product activation is done at first instance. Hence, make sure that you are going to use the product on that PC. The same Email and Product Key combination does not work on other PCs once product activation is completed. If you have any questions, write to sales@girdac.com

If your PC is behind the firewall, Online Product Activation might be a problem. In such case, offline product activation is required. For offline activation, write to sales@girdac.com

All products are currently available as downloadable software. If a product is required on CD, shipping charges US$9.95 are to be paid. All international shipments usually takes 5-7 days approximately. Shipment period may vary for one country to another.
